Johnson Matthey produces a wide range of sheet materials of many different sizes. They range from simple continuous castings, to foils up to flat rings and precision stamped parts.

For platinum group metals our standard thicknesses start from 50 µm. For gold and silver the thicknesses start from 20 µm.

A summary of the individual materials with their maximum width and thinnest possible thickness is shown below. Thicknesses and widths can not be combined arbitrarily.
